In many countries, we deploy a team structure, with the teams made up of four or five consultants and a team leader, with each team specializing in certain profiles or business lines and having both sales and recruitment roles.

Our staffing services are offered through our well-known network of branches.   • In-house Services is a unique solution for managing a highly efficient workforce with specific skill sets for which there is a fluctuating level of demand. It is aimed at improving clients’ labor flexibility, retention, productivity and efficiency. We work on-site exclusively for one client, providing a large number of candidates, often in the manufacturing and logistics segments. We frequently work with the client to determine specific performance criteria, and provide total HR management, including recruitment & selection, training, planning, retention, and management reporting.
